Editing an entry no longer refuses to save after you change a field's encryption tier.

A focused fix for editing vault entries on clavitor.ai. Only the gate moves to 1.6.8; vault, CLI, and proxy stay on 1.6.7.
Gate (clavitor.ai)
- Fixed: editing an entry could refuse to save with "a field failed to decrypt" after one of its fields was moved between L2 and L3, or when the field came from another client. The editor now decrypts each field with the label and tier it was stored under — the same way the entry view already did.
- Saving an edited entry now keeps each field's tier as you set it, instead of resetting it to the entry type's default.
